For your convenience, we accept a broad range of payment services to cover your co-payments, deductibles and co-insurance.
Billing and Insurance
Prior to your procedure, feel free to contact a representative from Webster Outpatient Surgery Center to address your questions about your bill and insurance. Our representative will also discuss payment options, including your insurance coverage, co-payments, deductibles, and any cash payment that will be due at the time of service.
We accept payment from all insurance plans, including workers compensation and Medicare. We are contracted providers for many private insurance plans. As a courtesy, we will help with any pre-authorization issues. We will also file your insurance claim for you if you sign an "assignment of benefits form". That form directs your insurance company to send payment directly to Webster Outpatient Surgery Center.
Webster Outpatient Surgery Center requires that you pay any amount not covered by your insurance company --such as deductibles, co-payments and co-insurance-- on the day of your procedure unless you make prior arrangements with us. For your convenience we accept cash, cashier's checks (sorry - no personal checks), money orders, and payments through all major credit cards:
Please note that our surgery facility bill does not include any services from your doctor, an anesthesiologist or pathologist, or a laboratory. As a result, you may receive separate bills from them.
If you have any question about your bill, including coverage and pre-approval or other requirements, please contact your insurance company or call our office at (925) 600-1900.
